As a PR professional, marketing expert and former senior leader of marketing for the National Women’s Initiative at Deloitte & Touche, Lynette possesses extensive knowledge in what it takes to get ahead regardless of gender. The two things that she encourages both women and men to have are vision and purpose. Tapping in to these two interrelated items can help anyone set goals for themselves and achieve, both at work and at home.
