Cindy Padro-Thomas

Cindy Padro-Thomas is no stranger to service, growth and leadership. She lived in Puerto Rico until moving to Tennessee, where she attended Lee University and earned a B.A. in Communications. Now, with more than two decades of full-time ministry behind her, she has served alongside her husband, Scott Thomas, throughout their marriage of over eighteen years.  With a deeply rooted desire to maintain their creative style, passion for ministry, and love for God’s people and the freedom that it brings, they launched Free Life Chapel in Lakeland, Florida in January, 2011.

Mary Alessi

For Mary Alessi, simply put, it's all about worship. The gifted and anointed worship leader from Miami, FL is focused on one thing and one thing only; giving all glory and honor due to the King of Kings. For the Dove and Stellar Award Nominee, it's a privilege to be chosen as a vessel to lead others to God.

As much as Mary enjoys traveling across the country singing, her heart is never far from home. Mary and her husband Steve pastor Metro Life Church in Miami, FL.

Sara Conner

Sara serves with her husband, Pastor Eben Conner, at Word of Truth Family Church in Mansfield, Texas, where they reside with their two children- Heaven and Landon.

Derozette Banks

Pastor Derozette Banks believes in the significance of empowering women all over the world. God has used her prophetic insight, compassionate heart, and courageous leadership to encourage people from all walks of life to overcome any obstacle through Christ. After serving on the pastoral staff at Covenant Church in Carrollton, TX for over 20 years, she and her husband, Pastor Gordon Banks, accepted the call to become the senior pastors of Overcomer Covenant Church in Auburn, WA in 2007.

Dr. Faith Fredrick

Dr. Faith Fredrick is the founder and president of Faith Christian University in Orlando, Florida; offering Bible and ministry instruction and training in a dynamic, anointed, word of faith environment. Dr. Faith’s newly released book, Grace Like Rain: A Message of Grace and Restoration, has been enthusiastically received all over the world. Faith brings to the pulpit a great diversity of ministry and teaching experience.

Her three daughters- Marvelyne Engel, Mary Alessi, and Martha Munizzi- are accomplished singers and songwriters.

Kathy Hayes

Kathy started in ministry at a young age, traveling throughout the U.S. and abroad singing and evangelizing with her family group, The Singing Parkers. In 1973, Kathy married Mike Hayes and joined him in establishing a wide-spread evangelistic ministry. In 1976, after the birth of their first child, Mike and Kathy settled in Carrollton, Texas, and founded what is now Covenant Church. Kathy is frequently invited to speak at conferences, both locally and nationally, and is a true spiritual mentor to women in the Body of Christ.

Amie Dockery

Amie is a wife, mom, speaker, author, pastor, and breast cancer survivor. The oldest child and only daughter of pioneering visionaries, Pastors Mike & Kathy Hayes, Amie’s entire life has been invested in Christian Ministry.
