9 c. chex mix

8-oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ c. peanut butter, smooth

¼ c. butter

1 tsp. vanilla

1 ½ c. powdered sugar

Melt butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan; add 1 teaspoon vanilla and ½ cup peanut butter.  Take chocolate mixture and pour over Chex mix.  In a gallon zip-lock bag add powdered sugar.  Take the mixed Chex mix and add to powdered sugar in Ziploc bag.  Make sure well coated.  Ready to serve.
